How to work with us

In order to quickly receive a quote (price and completion date), please send queries containing at least:

- the source language (if not explicit);

- target language/languages (always);

- due date (required or suggested, if known);

- topic, fragments, information about the size. The best thing would be to send the entire documentation for translation (by e-mail or other means; if in doubt, please consult us);

- instructions on the format and any other requests concerning the execution of the order.

Once your order is confirmed, we will be pleased to receive context documents (glossaries, previous translations, brochures and other customer documentation, the company’s website, industry-specific information, company or industry terminology, all other guidelines).

Note: please clearly inform us if the documents to be translated may be modified during translation process (supplements, additions, etc.).
